Plaza Apartment Complex Craft Fair
Date: Saturday, August 3rd
Location: Plaza Apartment Complex, Jenkintown (Community Room - Indoors)
Vendor Fee: $50 per vendor
Details: We are looking for 6 talented vendors to participate in this indoor craft fair. The event will feature a hot food option outside. Marketing will target the Plaza's 229 apartments, home to an older clientele that enjoys community events, as well as the nearby connected apartment building. This is a pilot program with the potential for a bimonthly schedule at this and other locations.
Black Friday Christmas Bazaar
Date: Friday, November 29th
Location: Immaculate Conception Church, Jenkintown (Church Auditorium - Indoors)
Vendor Fee: $75 per vendor
Details: This indoor event will include live music and a hot food option. Ample parking is available, and we are not dependent on weather conditions. We will have live music.
Jenkintown Winter Craft Fair
Date: Saturday, December 7th
Location: Jenkintown Town Square
Vendor Fee: $75 per vendor
Details: Now in its third year, this outdoor event will feature live music and at least one hot food option.
Vendor Expectations. Vendors are expected to collaborate positively with EVERGREEN EVENTS, fellow vendors, and customers; uncooperative and offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
Vendors are expected to respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Vendors are responsible for complying with local, state, and federal sales tax regulations.
You must also abide by City and State rules and regulations; for example, any prepared food offered for sale must be made inside a certified kitchen; vendors are required to be an official business and carry a Commercial Activity License; etc.
Owners and/or their staff must be physically present at their stands throughout the event.
Vendors must have liability insurance with minimum limits of ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) on account of bodily injuries to or death of one or more persons as a result of any one accident or disaster, and FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,000) on account of damage to property (or $1,000,000 single limit policy). Additional insureds are required and will be named upon acceptance to the event. You can sign a waiver of liability if you don't have this insurance.
Cancellation Policy. This event is rain or shine or come what may. We will only consider canceling the event due to the most extreme and most dangerous of weathers.
Please make sure you are available for the days and times of the event you are applying for. Market fees must be paid in advance and only those who cancel their appearance two weeks before the event date will receive a refund. Callouts on the day of the event may result in being banned from future EVERGREEN EVENTS.
Market Management. EVERGREEN EVENTS is responsible for the operation, management, and administration of its events. EVERGREEN EVENTS has the authorization to make operational and administrative decisions including the application, interpretation, and enforcement of these rules.
Application Process. Submit an online application here. Paper applications can be mailed upon request. EVERGREEN EVENTS reserves the right to visit the vendor’s facility before inviting a vendor to participate in the event.
