Market fees. Each vendor will be charged $75. This fee must be paid within 10 days of receiving your Acceptance Letter. Details on how to send payment will be provided upon acceptance.
Event & Location Details. Jenkintown Town Square is in the center of Jenkintown. There is a pavilion where we will have live music. Vendors will surround the Town Square in the parking lot. 703 Greenwood Ave., Jenkintown, PA 19046
Vendor stalls are a typical 10 ft x 10 ft space; a vendor must be able to fit all equipment and items inside a 10 ft x 10 ft footprint.
Participants should not expect to use public trash cans. Each participant is responsible for cleaning their spot before leaving for the day. Sometimes this requires vendors to bring a broom, dustpan, and their own trash receptacle with them to the event.
More details about the event, in regard to loading and unloading, parking, market maps, and promotion will be provided to all approved vendors at a later date. For the present moment, please know that:
Vendor Expectations. Vendors are expected to collaborate positively with EVERGREEN EVENTS, fellow vendors, and customers; uncooperative and offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
Vendors are expected to respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Vendors are responsible for complying with local, state, and federal sales tax regulations.
You must also abide by City and State rules and regulations; for example, any prepared food offered for sale must be made inside a certified kitchen; vendors are required to be an official business and carry a Commercial Activity License; etc.
Owners and/or their staff must be physically present at their stands throughout the event.
Vendors must have liability insurance with minimum limits of ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) on account of bodily injuries to or death of one or more persons as a result of any one accident or disaster, and FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,000) on account of damage to property (or $1,000,000 single limit policy). Additional insureds are required and will be named upon acceptance to the event.
Cancellation Policy. This event is rain or shine or come what may. We will only consider canceling the event due to the most extreme and most dangerous of weathers.

Market Management. EVERGREEN EVENTS is responsible for the operation, management, and administration of its events. EVERGREEN EVENTS has the authorization to make operational and administrative decisions including the application, interpretation, and enforcement of these rules.
Application Process. Submit an online application HERE. Paper applications can be mailed upon request. EVERGREEN EVENTS reserves the right to visit the vendor’s facility before inviting a vendor to participate in the event.
